Your chosen starting quantity, including unfilled spaces, is billable for the first 28 days. After that, a completed session or saved clinical data within 28 days makes a kiddo active. Activity changes create prorated charges or non-cash service credits. Five or fewer billable kiddos means no kiddo subscription charge.

What stays free?
Core clinic tools are free for clinics with up to five kiddos. New clinics also receive five months of Note QA. Note QA becomes a paid feature after that introduction; your clinical records and ordinary note writing remain available.
Are the first five always excluded from the bill?
No. When you upgrade to six or more, your first payment covers your entire selected quantity, including the first five. Six kiddos cost €150/month or €1,500/year paid upfront.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay €250 per billable kiddo upfront for a year: two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. After your initial 28-day starting commitment, activity changes are prorated over the remaining prepaid year. Additions and non-cash service credits settle monthly. Cancel renewal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Credits are not automatic cash refunds; mandatory refund rights remain unaffected.
Will adding a sixth kiddo charge me automatically?
No. The free plan prompts you to review an upgrade before adding a sixth kiddo. An authorized clinic owner or billing administrator chooses the quantity and billing period and confirms payment through Stripe before additional capacity unlocks.
How do I use my subscription on mobile?
Your clinic plan is managed on the web and works across Cue’s native iPhone, iPad and Android apps. Your team signs in to the same clinic workspace.
Does every future feature come with the free plan?
No. Note QA is the first paid feature after its introductory trial. Future paid features or optional services will be clearly identified, with pricing and access explained before purchase.
What happens to an existing clinic agreement?
This is the public signup offer. Existing clinic agreements, pricing commitments and previously included Note QA access remain in place.
