Any client with at least one scheduled or completed session inside the billing month. If a kiddo pauses, is discharged, sits on your waitlist, or is still an intake-only prospect, they cost nothing. Your bill follows the care you actually delivered.
Yes. Up to 5 active kiddos, unlimited staff, no card, no expiry. You only move to a paid plan when a 6th kiddo starts sessions — which means you are already earning revenue before Cue costs you anything.
Never. Every plan includes unlimited BCBAs, RBTs, office staff and caregiver accounts. Hiring should not raise your software bill.
Annual plans are a 12-month commitment charged for 10 of the 12 months — two months free. Monthly plans bill every month and can be cancelled at any time.
Billing follows it automatically. A slow month costs less; a busy month costs more. There are no minimums and no true-up invoices on any plan.
Cue+, Cue Pro and Cue Ultra each start with a 14-day free trial, no card required. If you do nothing at the end of the trial you land back on Free — you are never charged by default.
And if you stay on Free, every 90 days Cue offers you a short trial of Cue Pro so the difference is something you experienced rather than something you read on a pricing page. It is an offer with a visible end date, not a switch we flip and un-flip. You can opt out of being asked.

The month runs at Cue Pro capability rather than at whatever plan you signed up for, because migrating actually needs the import engine, the billing surfaces and the integrations working. A free month on a plan too small to move your clinic with would be a rebate on a tool you can't use.
Cue Pro. It is the plan where Cue starts paying for itself: revenue-at-risk tracking, aging A/R, denial tracking, timely-filing countdowns and auth burn-rate monitoring typically surface more recoverable revenue in a month than the plan costs in a year.
Monthly plans can be changed or cancelled from your billing settings at any time, and you can export your data whenever you want. We would rather earn the next month than trap you in it.
The 2026 restructure retired Core, Core Pro, Core Ultra and Enterprise. Your plan name is remapped automatically and every old link, invite and invoice keeps working — Core becomes Cue+, Core Pro becomes Cue Pro, and both Core Ultra and Enterprise become Cue Ultra.
New rates apply at your next renewal rather than mid-cycle. If you'd bought a retired add-on, you were moved up to the plan that now contains that capability, so nothing you paid for was taken away. Legacy flat-fee agreements keep their fee until they expire.
