For owners & clinic directors

Know what needs attention.
Keep your clinic moving.

Leads, intake, family onboarding, coverage, funded hours, documentation and invoicing in one place — with clear next steps for your team.

One family, from first enquiry to a billable session.

Elena Rivera writes in about her daughter Maya on 22 October. Moment by moment from that morning to an invoice ready to issue — the same moments the BCBA and the technician see from their own chairs.

01

Keep a new enquiry moving.

The enquiry arrives at 8:12 and is acknowledged four minutes later, before anyone has opened it. From then on it is a row with a status, a named owner and one next action — so it does not depend on whoever happened to read the inbox. Cue chases the dates it knows about; a person still makes the calls.

What Cue did on its ownAutomatic
Acknowledged the enquiry, created the record, set the follow-up date, and asked Elena through the portal for the documents the funding decision needs. It did not answer a clinical question, quote a price, or promise a start date — those are R. Santos’ call.
Every enquiry looks like this one, whoever took it. The status and the next action are on the record, not in somebody’s head.
02

Help the family get ready.

Elena works through her own checklist on her phone; your team sees the same intake against the funder’s clock. Both sides can see what is finished and what is still outstanding, so the one missing emergency contact is a visible item rather than a phone call somebody has to think to make.

Keep the scheduled day moving.

Tuesday, 1:40 PM. K. Reyes calls out and Maya’s 3:30 has no technician. Cue lists who could take it with the reason beside each name, and ranks them — but assigns nobody. You confirm T. Alvarez at 1:44, and the schedule, her access, the care team channel and Elena’s portal move together. You see it land on your phone on the way into your next meeting.

See the session through to an invoice ready to issue.

T. Alvarez reviewed and submitted her note at 5:33; D. Okafor co-signed at 5:41. The invoice assembles from the documented session and then stops, because a person issues invoices. What is collected in the room, how long the session ran, what comes off the funded hours and what goes on the invoice are different numbers, and Cue keeps them apart.

Nobody re-keyed the session into the invoice. The invoice is built from what the note says happened — and it waits for somebody to issue it.

The follow-through your front office needs.

Across those moments Cue acknowledged the enquiry, set and chased the follow-up dates, asked the family for what was missing, tracked the funding decision against the funder’s own clock, held the assessment slot, ranked the cover, moved every surface that had to move from one confirmation, drafted the note and assembled the invoice.

A person still decided every one of these: who to call and what to say, which technician covers, whether the note is right, and whether the invoice goes out. Cue does the remembering and the preparation. It is not a member of staff, and it does not run the clinic.

The rest of the front office runs on these same records

Leads and follow-up, the parent portal, payroll built from delivered sessions, funded hours, staff credentials and reporting all read the connections this story used. The homepage overview names them; these pages go deeper.

Walk a Tuesday yourself.

The demo is the product on sample data — the owner walkthrough starts on the dashboard this story opens with. Cue is invite-only while we onboard clinics one at a time.
